In a world in which the third decimal point is of consequence for insulation values, each millimetre literally counts. Tailored connection solutions adapted directly to the respective frame profile represent our commitment here.
Frame extensions, plinth thermal insulation profiles, adapter profiles – all individually adapted to the respective window system of the popular system providers for profile frames and lifting/sliding doors as well as threshold solutions – serve as the ideal connection solution. Produced from highly insulated and also environmentally friendly panels, this is Meesenburg’s Made to Measure manufacturing centre.
In the manufacturing centre, goods are produced in bar form up to 4 m and equipped with practical features such as a dovetail joint for unlimited extension.
But the best part is that we make no compromises – we want it to fit correctly from the very beginning instead of having to be laboriously made to fit. This is all made possible by a state-of-the-art machine park that enables us to put your contours on our profiles:
The fully automatic panel storage knows at all times which panel is located where and what cutting potential it has. Our saw’s cutting optimisation plans the next order in seconds with minimal waste and automatically accesses the panel storage. Finally, the 5-axis milling machine makes sure that our profiles perfectly suit you and puts the finishing touches on the products. This enables us to support you with an appropriate product range that your profiles deserve.
