Service Profile Half Cylinder PHZ Reversible Key
The blaugelb Service Profile Half Cylinders PHZ Reversible Key are made of nickel-plated brass, have a locking cam that can be adjusted to 12 positions and are supplied with a core preset to 333333. To convert it to your own locking system, the pinning of the core simply has to be adjusted accordingly. In the event of damage to the retaining clips during assembly, an additional retaining clip is included with the cylinder. They are designed for use on garage doors, key switches, control cabinets and vending machines, but can also be used in fire doors/smoke protection doors as they satisfy the requirements in accordance with DIN EN 1303:2015-08 Annex A, class B.
The blaugelb Service Profile Half Cylinders PHZ Reversible Key are protected against mechanical attacks – they are ready with increased intrusion protection through a one-sided drilling protection. The housings also have an anti-snap feature: a predefined breaking point on the outside of the cylinder that ensures that the cylinder breaks before it can be forcibly pulled out of the lock. Thanks to this feature, all safety-relevant components remain intact and the door remains locked. The mushroom pins used also provide protection against classic lock picking.
Following professional rekeying, the architecture and confirmed testing properties allow the blaugelb Service Profile Half Cylinders PHZ Reversible Key to be installed in an RC 1 N / RC 2 N / RC 2 / RC 3 system together with a Class ES 1 or ES 2 (for RC 3) security plate with an additional cylinder cover. The blaugelb service profile half cylinders are tested – following professional rekeying – in accordance with DIN EN 1303:2015-08 and are supplied without keys from the factory.
