Adhesive and sealant Multikraft Extreme
The blaugelb Adhesive and sealant Multikraft Extreme is a quick-hardening, elastic 1-component sealant and adhesive based on a hybrid polymer with elevated initial adhesion (high tack). It is moisture-curing, neutral-crosslinking and almost odourless.
Thanks to its high initial adhesion, it can usually be applied without primer to almost all – even wet – substrates encountered in construction. Also suitable for natural stone.
Applications:
For bonding and sealing in the metal and construction industry, for window sills, floor joints, plates, panels, strips, wood constructions and insulating materials.
Strain-free structural bonding in the construction and industrial area, very suitable for bonding vibrating parts such as vehicle bodies.
Other areas of application include body making, wagon and container construction, metal and apparatus construction, mechanical, electrical and plastics engineering, ventilation and climate control technology etc.
Substrates:
Metals (steel, aluminium, brass, zinc etc.), wood, laminate, cork, plastics (polycarbonate, PVC, ABS, polyamide, PMMA and GRP), HPL, concrete, stone, plaster, ceramic, enamel, glass, etc.
Examples include: Panels, skirting boards, decorative panels, insulating and acoustic panels, trim profiles, wall panelling, panels, thresholds, baseboards, floor joints, insulating material, polystyrene, tiles, natural stone, window sills etc.
Do not use on PE, PP, PTFE or silicones. Incompatibility may occur on plastics containing plasticisers (e.g. soft PVC, butyl rubber, EPDM, APTK). If used on PMMA and polycarbonate, ensure that the bond is strain-free as stress cracks may otherwise occur. We recommend that you conducting sufficient internal tests first.
- Very good adhesion right from the start
- Usually adheres without primer to many substrates,
- including wet ones
- For universal application for bonding and sealing
- Water-resistant and seawater-resistant
- Non-fading, weather and UV-resistant
- Easy to work
- Permanently elastic after curing, absorbs movements
- Strain-equalising
- Suitable for porous substrates such as natural stone, marble, granite
- Very good coatability according to DIN 52452-A1
- Can be painted over wet-in-wet
- Silicone, acid, isocyanate and solvent-free
- Non-corrosive
- Virtually odourless
