2C-PUR-Metal Adhesive Duett
The blaugelb 2C-PUR-Metal Adhesive Duett is a two-component, tough but flexible adhesive on a polyurethane basis for bonding metal. The blaugelb 2C-PUR-Metal Adhesive Duett is weather and moisture-resistant. Thanks to its good initial adhesion, the bond can withstand light loads after just 2 hours.
With the blaugelb Static Mixing Tube (not included in the scope of supply) the blaugelb 2C-PUR-Metal Adhesive Duett is ready to use straight away and easy to use.
Applications:
The blaugelb 2C-PUR-Metal Adhesive Duett is used for bonding aluminium corner angles and profiles in window, vehicle and container construction. The blaugelb 2C-PUR-Metal Adhesive Duett is also ideally suitable for producing sandwich elements with PS, PUR or PVC rigid-foam cores.
Substrates:
The blaugelb 2C-PUR-Metal Adhesive Duett achieves very good adhesion values on the materials customarily used in window construction, such as aluminium, wood, rigid PVC, GRP, metals, etc.
- Fast curing of components
- Especially good adhesion on aluminium, wood, metal, rigid PVC and GRP*
- Tough but flexible adhesive film
- High moisture and weather resistance
- Solvent-free
- Suitable for use on coated and anodised profiles
- Ready to use straight away with the blaugelb Static Mixing Tube
- Withstands light loads after just 2 hours
