2C Frame Foam Rapid Pro
The blaugelb 2C Frame Foam Rapid Pro is a two-component PU assembly bonding foam that hardens without blowing agent. Curing occurs very rapidly as a result of combination of the two components in the static mixing tube. During the spreading time of only approx. 20 minutes, only spreaders need be used; no further mechanical attachment is required when assembling interior doors.
Applications: Bonding – sealing
The blaugelb 2C Frame Foam Rapid Pro is ideal for rapid assembly of door frames on interior and exterior doors (not for assembly without any additional mechanical attachment). Suitable for the attachment of wooden door cases, window sills, stair treads. The maximum joint width for the assembly of door frames is 30 mm. One dual cartridge of blaugelb 2C Frame Foam Rapid Pro is sufficient for the assembly of 1 to 2 internal door cases, depending on the joint dimension.
The blaugelb 2C Frame Foam Rapid Pro exhibits outstanding adhesion to all standard construction surfaces (except PE, PP, PTFE, silicones, oils, greases, mould release agents or similar materials). Carry out suitable pretests.
Once cured, the foam is predominantly closed, rot-proof and non-ageing, though not if exposed to UV radiation.
