1C PUR Adhesive EPS XPS Wood
blaugelb 1C PUR Adhesive EPS XPS Wood is a construction adhesive based on polyurethane for bonding blaugelb products made of EPS material, for surface bonding of insulation panels made of XPS, for the production of sandwich elements, in wood processing and in various additional industrial areas.
It is suitable for various adhesions of blaugelb products made of EPS:
For example, the surfaces of the blaugelb Insulation Panels EPS and MultiPro can be bonded together, or even the tongue and groove connection of the blaugelb Insulation Panel MultiPro or the dovetail connection on the blaugelb Plinth Thermal Insulation Profile EPS.
Double application of the blaugelb Plinth Thermal Insulation Profiles EPS is ideally secured with the blaugelb 1C PUR Adhesive EPS XPS Wood and makes it unnecessary to screw the profiles to one another.
Insulation panels made of XPS can also be bonded together. blaugelb 1C PUR Adhesive EPS XPS Wood is also highly suitable for use in the production of sandwich elements, of blaugelb frame extensions and other core combination elements made of EPS, XPS, PUR and PVC materials.
It is also suitable for adhesion of wood with stainless steel, e.g. as common with kick plates on wooden exterior doors. Also for bonding wooden parts (glued laminated timber, solid structural timber) in window construction, in the construction and cabinetmaker trade, in furniture construction, wooden stair construction, for carports and many other applications.
Substrates: EPS, XPS, wood (untreated), aluminium (painted, not anodised), rigid PVC, GRP (sanded), HPL, stainless steel (degreased).
