Steel Bracket
Due to its special design, the steel bracket serves as a torsion protection, especially for high structures of our blaugelb Plinth Thermal Insulation Profiles PVC/TK in combination with threshold systems such as the blaugelb Threshold TBS. It is force-locking screwed onto the side of the window frame and into the plinth thermal insulation profile with blaugelb Frame Screw Fix FK-T30. This prevents the threshold from twisting when the window elements are erected and transported, as the force is applied directly to the window frame. The steel bracket is recommended from a plinth thermal insulation profile height of 150 mm.
The offset hole pattern ensures that the screw connection is always made in the area of the steel reinforcement. Thanks to its flat design, the steel bracket is suitable for installing the window element with multifunctional tapes and fits seamlessly into the existing structure.
The galvanised surface ensures increased corrosion protection. The blaugelb Steel Bracket is suitable for use in combination with all standard plastic window systems.
- Secure fastening of the plinth thermal insulation profiles to the window frame with the respective threshold system, even with large profile structures
- Recommended from a plinth thermal insulation profile height of 150 mm
- Prevents the threshold from twisting when erecting or installing the elements
- Secure transport of the elements
- Offset hole pattern in 8.0 mm to ensure that the screws can be screwed into the steel reinforcement
- Suitable for the assembly and sealing with multifunctional tape
- Can be used with all standard plastic window systems
- High corrosion protection thanks to high-quality galvanising
